In this video, I’ll guide you on how to contact When I Work for support, submit tickets, and access helpful information. Whether you’re looking for assistance, answers, or live support, here’s how to do it:
- Click on the green “Need Help” button, which you’ll find in the middle to the right of your screen.
- The Help Center is organized into categories to make it easier to find what you need. If you’re just starting with When I Work or have specific operational questions, navigate to the relevant category.
- Don’t forget to explore the Training Center as well. It’s a valuable resource for comprehensive articles, like understanding user access privileges or other topics.
- If you encounter an issue in your account, you can submit a ticket for support. Enter your email address and the system will auto-populate it. If you’re on your computer, it will even fill out the relevant portion.
- For real-time assistance, you can chat with When I Work’s live customer support. This is a great option if you need immediate help or can’t find the information you’re looking for.
- If, for some reason, you only see the bottom actions after clicking “Need Help,” you might have accidentally minimized the top section. Click the small button to expand it again and access all the available options.
